“ Pizza at Sarah's is always good. We had a guest from Germany and decided to introduce him to real American pizza. We ordered four different pizzas to sample, one of which was the mashed potato pizza. Our German friend was shocked to discover that, not only was the mashed potato pizza not disgusting - it was his favorite!! In any case, there is now one more Sarah's Pizza fan living in Germany, trying to convince people that pizza should be cut in squares and have mashed potatoes on top! :-D ”
“ Sarah’s pizza is one of our favorite go-to restaurants weekly (if not more) when it comes to eating out. Not only is their food amazing (we appreciate the wide variety/selection) but their customer service is second to none. We have been to several locations and the Eaton one stands out far above the rest. I believe this should be attributed to their team leader: management, Stephanie. I’ve seen her in her element, while ordering and waiting in the lobby, many times. She never stops! Not only does she have the respect of all of her employees (not afraid to work right alongside them) but she also makes sure to greet everyone that walks through that door, even mid-task. She never ceases to make sure every task is completed efficiently and keeps things running smoothly, but she also manages to make her customers feel valued and important as well. One time I even made a special request for my son on his birthday (a Pokemon pizza I’d seen her post online) and she nailed it! My boyfriend and I are in the store often and we always appreciate her sweet spirit! It’s contagious...hard to not smile when you’re in her presence. It’s very rare to find delicious and affordable food anywhere anymore, especially combined with excellent customer service, but she’s managed to bring the best of both worlds! Kudos to you Stephanie! “ The food is always good. The service and atmosphere hasn't been up to snuff since we got moved back. It doesn't have the hometown feel anymore the cashier is always rude and if you don't go in it seems like your order isn't done right. ”
“ The pizza always tastes great, but we've never received a delivery that was cut as requested, see picture for tonight's "pizza strips?" I'm assuming it's an online order issue as we never recieve the extra sour cream with the mashed potato pizza which comes cut in slices instead of squares each time lol EDIT: as funny as pizza strips are, its nice that sarahs are willing to make it right and i appreciate that. EDIT 2: absolutely perfect, tastes amazing too. Can't thank Stephanie enough for getting this made right for us. ”
“ Sarah’s has the best pizza in town! Don’t bother with the chain pizza places(like Eaton Papa John’s). Been going here for over 20 years, never disappointed! Don’t settle for pizza that tastes like cardboard (like Eaton Papa John’s). Best Sarah’s pizzas to get are all meat, mashed potato, chicken bacon ranch, or straight up pepperoni. Breadsticks are tasty too ”
